1. Delhi cabinet has hiked the cash incentive for excelling sportsperson belonging to the province. These list includes the athletes from Olympics, National champion league or any big international level event. 

2. The Culture Department of UP government is going to organise the country’s first training and performance programme of world-famous KHON Ramlila, a masked form of Ramlila art of Thailand in collaboration with the Thai government.

3. Air India becomes the first country's airline and also in the world to use TaxiBot in A-320 aircraft recently.

4.The Ministry of Tribal Affairs launched the Van Dhan Internship Programme on October 17, 2019. Under the ministry, the program will be organized by the TRIFED (Tribal cooperative marketing Development Federation of India). The program will train the interns and the interns will help the tribal population in becoming self reliant and entrepreneurs.

5. China has taken a lease an entire Pacific Island named Tulegi for next 75 years. It's a very big acquisition for the world.

6. Kishan Dan Dewal (IFS officer of 2003 batch), has been concurrently accredited as the next Ambassador of India to Georgia. He will replace Yogeshwar Sangwan.

7. India has ranked 102 on World Hunger Index among 117 countries . It'a a very bad news for India because earlier India ranked at 95.

8. IAAF's new rules for transgender . They has to lower the testosterone level because it can excite the mental condition of an athletes.

9. Swedish-based Ericsson and American-based Qualcomm demonstrated India's first-ever live 5G video call using millimeter-wave (mmWave) spectrum. Ericsson partnered with Qualcomm to push 5G technology in India.

10. The UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation awards were announced at a ceremony held in Penang, Malaysia. 4 heritage landmarks from India were chosen for the UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation 2019.
