1. 'Geo Chemical Baseline Atlas of India' developed by CSIR National Geophysical Research Institute . It maps metal oxide contents in soils.

2. Google India has appointed Sanjay Gupta as its new country manager and vice-president of sales and operations for India. Gupta, the former Star and Disney India managing director, will contribute to Google’s efforts to expand the internet ecosystem in the country.

3. First batch of 562 pilgrims all praise for Kartarpur has opened yesterday, India-Pakistan has begins its new relationship.

4. Kumar Mangalam Birla, chairman of the Aditya Birla Group, was conferred the ABLF Global Asian Award, for “powerful individual whose business footprint and commitment to excellence have engaged international interest and attention”.

5. The Asian Development Bank (ADB) approved a 300 million dollar loan for a project to expand power transmission lines in Greater Dhaka and the western zone of Bangladesh.

6. Assam Civil Servant officer Hitesh Sharma Officer has been appointed as National Register of Citizen  i.e NRC Coordinator.

7. Export-Import (Exim) Bank provided a $30 million line of credit to Ghana for the potable water projects in the country. The agreement is approximately of $30 million (about Rs 210 crore).

8. Odisha hit by over nine lakh lightning strikes his year followed by West Bengal -that reported by a private institution Skymet.

9. Commerce and Industry and Railway Minister, Piyush Goyal, will be on tour to Brazil and the United States from 9th – 14th November 2019. On the first leg of his visit, the Commerce and Industry Minister will attend the 9th BRICS Trade Ministers Meet in Brasilia, Brazil.

10. Public sector Indian Bank has signed a memorandum of understanding with Muthoot Microfinance to serve Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises(MSME).
