1. Assam govt will start Arundhati Gold scheme for the newly register married couple by 1st Jan,2020. They will have to provide ₹30,000 in this scheme.

2. Microsoft CEO Staya Nadella  has occupied the top spot in Fortune's Business Person o the Year award recently.

3. Kerala government has ensure to impose ban on single use of plastic by 1st Jan , 2020. It has taken a great move to prevent damage to ecology.

4. Manu Bhaker, Divyansh Singh Purwar, Elavenil Valarivan have won gold at the prestigious world cup final in China.

5. Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Nityanand Rai informed that Census 2021 will be conducted in 16 languages. During Census 2021, a mix mode approach is being adopted for data collection. Census will be conducted in two phases – House-listing and Housing Census from April to September 2020 and Population Enumeration during February 09-28, 2021.

6. The National Investigation Agency (NIA) is to host the first-ever counter-terrorism table-top exercise (CT-TTX) for the Quad countries. The exercise is being conducted on 21-22 November 2019. Aim: The aim of the CT-TTX exercise is to assess and validate counter-terrorism response mechanisms in the light of emerging terrorist threats among the Quad countries.

7. Union cabinet has approved the establishment of the National Institute for Sowa Rigpa (NISR) in Leh region. It is a traditional Tibetan system of medicine practiced in the Himalayan Belt of India.

8. MP Government starts to adopt 'Mahalla Clinic' model in its cities. It has taken it from Delhi Government . Basic health service named Sanjvivani clinic would give free health service in the mahalla.   

9. The Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace, Disarmament and Development for 2019 will be conferred on renowned naturalist and broadcaster Sir David Attenborough for his tireless work to preserve and protect biodiversity.

10. Greta Thunberg, the Swedish teen activist, was awarded an International Children's Peace Prize. The award recognized her work in the struggle against climate change. It had resonated with school children across the world.
