6. Union Government will launch India’s first fixed income Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) comprising debt securities of large central public sector enterprises (PSUs) by mid-December 2019. It will comprise only AAA-rated papers of the PSU companies. It is expected to have a size of Rs 15,000 crore to Rs 20,000 crore.

7. 2009's Nobel prize awardee in Chemistry and presently 62nd president of Royal Society Venki Ramakrishnan is set to deliver his TNQ lectures in New Delhi. His famous book is The Gene Machine.

8. Andhra government launched YSR Matsyakara Bharosa on 21 November. The scheme will extend the benefits of the scheme to fishermen who have already benefited from Rythu Bharosa, Vahana Mitra and pension schemes.

9. Veteran theater and film actor and eminent writer Shaukat Kaifi has passed away recently. She has best known for her work in the film Umrao Jaan.

10. Muthoot Finance has entered into an agreement to acquire IDBI Asset Management Ltd and IDBI Mutual Fund Trustee company Ltd.
