6. In Madhya Pradesh, the 4-day Aalmi Tablighi Ijtima, world’s biggest Islamic Congregation began in Bhopal.It is a forum for delivering some important religious-spiritual messages to Muslims around the world.


7. All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Western Sydney University, Australia, in New Delhi.The MoU will promote collaboration in research and developing guidelines for integrating Ayurveda principles with modern medicine.

8. India's first largest biotechnology stakeholders. The Global Bio-India (GBI) Summit, 2019, concluded. The three-day event organized by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science & Technology.

9. Manisha Kulshreshtha awarded the 28th Bihari Puraskar for 2018 for her novel Swapnapash.The award is presented by the KK Birla Foundation for writers of Rajasthani origin. It is given annually to an outstanding work in Hindi or Rajasthani published in the past ten years.

10. Former Bengal minister and Left Front leader Kshiti Goswami has passed away at the age of 76 years.
