1. The Chhattisgarh government has decided to declare Guru Ghasidas National Park in the state’s Korea district as a tiger reserve.The National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) had approved to declare Guru Ghasidas National Park as a tiger reserve in 2014.

2. 8. Abhishek Verma and V Jyoti Surekha has won gold in archery at the 21st Asian Archery Championship in UAE.

9. Odisha's Bhubanswar and Rourkela to host 2023's Mens Hockey World Cup. In 2018 it has also the previous world tournament.

10. The Centre for Water Resource and Development and Management operating under the govt. of Kerala has launched'Water 4 Change' project with Netherlands.
