1. Health emergency has declared in national Capital region. Pollution has risen above the severe plus level- as per the data released by CPCB.

3. Noted and eminent Malayalam writer Anand has bagged the highest literary honour 'Ezhuthachan Puruskaram' .

3. Russia’s Knyaz Vladimir submarine of Borei-class vessel, test-fired its most advanced nuclear-powered missile named, Bulavaintercontinental ballistic missile which precisely hit the target range of 1000 km away in the Russian region of Kamchatka.

4. The 6-time world champion M C Mary Kom has been inducted into the 10-member sports ambassador group by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) on Boxing workforce to represent boxers ahead of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.

5. World's first blockchain based carbon trading exchange has launched in Singapore.This will allow airlines and other corporate buyers to buy as well sell tokens backed by carbon offset credits approved by the International Civil Aviation Organisation.

6. ''Dharma- Guardian'' -a joint military exercise has started between India and Japan in India's Mizoram province.

7. IFS Pavan Kapoor has appointed as  ambassador to UAE from India. He has replaced Navdeep Singh Suri.

8. Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has fixed the ring timings for mobiles and landlines. It has fixed 30 sec and 60 sec for mobile and landline respectively.

9.Delhi  IIT has partnered with ISRO  to set up space technology. ISRO chairman K Sivan has stated in his recent visit in Delhi IIT.

10. The Spanish government confirmed that it made its bid to host the COP25 climate summit on the scheduled dates of 2-13 December 2019. The move comes after Chile withdrew its plans to host the summit due to deadly anti-government protests. The COP25 summit is aimed to bring out details of the implementation of the Paris Agreement climate pact.
