1. Tripura has organised first ever 'Hornbill' festival of the very state in its capital Agartala. Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Dev has inaugurated this festival.

4. Western Railway is planning to cut the Mumbai-Delhi travel time to 12 hours. It has approximated the budget ₹4,011 crore for this 'Mission Raftar' to convert the line into semi-high speed corridor.

9. Covid-2019 is the official name for disease caused by new Corona virus by the World Health Organization(WHO).

10. Union cabinet has approved the the MOU signed between India and Iceland in the field of fisheries to develop the inland fisheries in Sep, 2019.
