1. Delhi University has donated their one day salary along with University Grant Commission in total ₹4.04 crore to the PM-CARES fund yesterday to fight against COVID-19.

2.  Delhi's Ashoka university on 20th April announced a research collaboration to develop an agent based simulation model for the spread of COVID-19, 'BharatSim' in collaboration with a software consultancy named ThoughtWorks.

3. The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways launched a dashboard link on its website on 20 April. The website aims to aid drivers who travel to different places in the country. The link is - https://morth.nic.in/dhabas-truck-repair-shops-opened-during-covid-19.

4. The Reserve Bank of India has decided to increase the Ways of Means Advances (WMA) for the Apr-Sep of the current financial year to ₹ 2 lakh crore from ₹ 1.2 lakh crore due to COVID-19.

5. President and CEO of BMW India Group Rudratej Singh has passed away at the age of 46 during a workout . He was also global president of Royal Enfield.

6. It's a good news coming from Goa as it becomes the first state in the country to become free of COVID-19 followed by Manipur. Since 3rd April the state had not reported any single case.

7. Ferrair's Charles Leclerc has won his second victory in the Formula One Esports Virtual Grand Prix championship winning the Shanghai Grandprix. 

8. Uttar Pradesh became the first state in India to its 7,368 community kitchens and community shelters across 75 districts which produce 12 lakh food packets a day.

9.Today i.e 21st April is celebrated as the World Creativity and Innovation day by the United Nation to spread awareness for sustainable development goal by UN.

10. Union Minister of Road Transport and National Highways has launched a website www.morth.nic.in that will provides information about the trucks and dhabas. Also an call number 1033 has been activated to answer call.
