1. Airtel Payments Bank has recently launched ‘Suraksha Salary Account’ for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME). The sector has over 60 million units and accounts.

2. According to ministry of Earth and Sciences recent released report i.e. 'Assessment of Climate Change over Indian region' the average surface temperature of India could increase up to 4.4 degree Celsius by the end of 2100.

3. India ranked 43rd in the World Competitive Index. The index recently released by the Institute of Management Development. Singapore has secured top position in the ranking followed by Switzerland.

4. Employees Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has launched a “Multi Location Claim Settlement” facility. It will enable EPFO offices to settle online claims from any of its regional offices, across the country.

5. 1971 war hero, Lt.Gen(retd) Raj Mohan Vohra has passed away at the age of 88 due the infection of COVID-19. He was a Maha Vir Chakra awardee. He was leading the regiment in 'Battle of Basantar'.

6. Centre has taken special measures and organise a Virtual Assistance to Disabled Persons (ADIP) Scheme to benefit the welfare scheme for Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan) amidst critical situation faced by the society due to the COVID-19 .

7. According to Ericsson Mobility Report released on Tuesday India remains the region with the highest monthly data usage per smartphone. The report stated the total mobile data consumption is projected to three times to 21Exobyte =1000Petabyte per month in2025.

8. American space agency NASA has announced that Northrop Grumman will design and build the initial crew of the agency's gateway lunar orbiting outpost. The approximate cost of this will be $187 million.

9. Eminent folk singer of Uttarakhand, Heera Singh Rana passed away. He was appointed vice-chairman of Garhwal, Kumaoni and Jaunsari Academy by the Delhi govt.

10. Union Minister of State for Home affairs G. Kishan Reddy has recently launched A device named “GermiBAN”, It has the capability of killing 99.9% of surface and air microbes.
