1. Centre has made it mandatory for all sellers in the Govt. e-Marketplace (GeM) to list the country of origin while registering new products. So buyers on the platform can now see the percentage of local content in various products.

2. Serbia becomes the first country to conduct national election in Europe. Aleksandar Vucic registered one of the leading parliamentary party in Europe by winning 191 total of 250.

3. US President Donald Trump has suspended the H1B Visa for the Indian tech workers till the year end. The order doesn't apply to existing green card holders, spouses and children in the US. Other visas like H2B,H4 and  L visa also paused through the year end.

4. China has successfully launched the last Satellite of its BeiDou Navigation Satellite System (BDS). It  was launched from the Xichang Satellite Launch center in Sichuan Province.

5. The state government of Rajasthan has launched a special kitchen scheme named 'Indira Rasoi Yojana' with a allocation of 100 crore every year for the poor in the state. The scheme will provide nutritious food to the poor and needy twice a day.

6. Former Indian test opener and Marathi Ranji player Wasim Jaffer has been appointed as the head coach of the Uttarakhand cricket team. Jaffer is most elevated run getter in Ranji up till now in the history.

7. The Olympic Day is celebrated globally on 23rd June every year. Due to pandemic COVID-19 situation the Olympic Movement will celebrate Olympic Day 2020 by creating the world’s largest 24 hour digital-first Olympic workout. The day was fist celebrated on 23rd June, 1948.

8. World No.1 Tennis star Novak Djokovic along with his wife Jelena tested positive for COVID-19. It is the most high profile casualties in Adria tour which was organised by Novak recently in Serbia and Croatia.

9. WHO,UNICEF,UNESCO and the special representative of the UN have released the Global Status Report on Preventing Violence against Children-2020. The report indicates the progress in 155 countries against the INSPIRE framework. It revels that the lives of up to 1 billion children have been affected by the violence.

10. The government of India has allocated ₹2000 crore for 50,000 indigenous ventilators. The wholesome allocation was came from PM Cares Trust Fund. These ventilators will be supplied to the various government COVID hospitals.
