1. Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal has announced that a 'Plasma Bank' will be set up in the national capital soon. A person who has recovered successfully from the COVID-19 infection can donate his or her plasma . Convalescent Plasma is used to transfer antibodies to the patients suffering from corona virus. This helps the patients bodies to develop similar antibodies for combat against COVID-19.

2. The Central government has notified the new Floating Rate Savings Bond-2020 Scheme in place of 7.75% Savings Bond-2018. It will effect form 1st July, 2020. These bonds will be issued by Reserve Bank India (RBI) on behalf of the Government of India and will be available at State Bank of India (SBI) and other nationalised banks, as well as four private sector banks.

3. Yes Bank has recently launched its digital wallet solution ‘Yuva Pay’ mobile app in partnered with UDMA Technologies to enables contactless payments for its customers.

4. Sri Lankan legendary off-spinner Muttiah Muralitharan has been named as the 'Most Valuable Test Player of the 21st Century' by the Wisden Cricket monthly magazine.

5. An agreement was signed between China and Pakistan for the construction of a 1,124 megawatt hydropower project at Khola on the Jhelum river with the value $2.4 billion.

6. Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has announced that the state will launch a campaign named 'Kill Corona' to fight against COVID-19 from 1st Jul,2020. It will be a door to door survey to count the number of total tested cases in the area.

7. National Statistics Day is celebrated on 29 June every year to commemorate the birth anniversary of Prof. Prasanta Chandra Mahalanobis. The main aim of the day is to popularize the use of Statistics in everyday life .

8. Startup Genome has recently launched a report named ‘Global Startup Ecosystem Report (GSER) 2020'. According to the report  Bengaluru becomes the only Indian city in top 30 Global startup and placed at 26th number position.

10. Lazarus Chakwera has been finally elected as the new President of Malawi after winning 2,604,043 votes which is approximately 60% of the total valid votes. The President election of Malawi was conducted after the annulment of the results of 2019 Presidential election.

9. A non binding Strategic Cooperation document has been signed between the Indian oil and Sun Mobility to explore the establishment of energy infrastructure for electric vehicle via 'Battery Swapping' model across the Indian Oil retail outlets in particular cities.
