1. The G20 countries have pledged over $21 billion to fight against pandemic COVID-19 recently. The member countries have already injected 5 trillion USD to the global market to boost the economy in the severe condition. They have also informed the IMF and World Bank to support the countries to fulfill their requirement.

2. India's first solar powered ferry 'Aditya' routed in  Kerala region has been shortlisted for the prestigious Gustave Trouve award contest. 12 such ferries have been shortlisted for the global contest.

3. 'World Food Safety Day' is observed every year on 7th June. It was launched by the United Nation one year before. The theme of the day this year is 'Food safety, everyone's business'.

4. The Indian Space Research Organisation i.e. ISRO has signed a MoU with the Aryabhatta Research Institute of Observational Sciences , Nainital for the study of space monitoring and Astrophysics .

5. Former Delhi Police commissioner Ved Prakash Marwah passed away at the age of 87 on 5th June. He served the commissioner post from 1985 to 1988. He was also become the DG of NSG in 1988-90.

6.  A recent report by a leading Wildlife trade monitoring network named 'TRAFFIC' has revealed that poaching has doubled during the lockdown period in India. It's a big concern for the environment and we should move forward to stop such cruel nature.

7. The National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) and UNESCO, New Delhi has been launched a book titled named “Safe online learning in the times of COVID-19. 

8. Former Santosh Trophy player from state Maharashtra E.Hamza Koya has passed away at the age of 61. He was the severe victim of COVID-19 . He was champion formidable defender for the team.

9. Singapore is planning to introduce a smartphone base wearable tracing device that will identify people who had interacted with the carriers of COVID-19.

10. Indian captain and running machine Virat Kohli emerged as the only cricketer in the top-10 list of highest earning athletes through sponsored Instagram post- a report said.
